Shipping & Delivery

Westside Supply Co. carries products fulfilled through multiple approved suppliers and production partners. Items from the same order may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order, print-on-demand, preorder, or production items may require up to 10 business days before shipment, or the longer timeline shown on the product page.

Estimated U.S. delivery

After an order ships, standard U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 3–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or supplier delays can extend delivery time.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available and can take 24–48 hours after shipping confirmation to begin showing movement.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains products from different fulfillment partners, you may receive separate tracking numbers and packages.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, email tommyn133@gmail.com with your order number.
