These Terms govern your use of the Westside Supply Co. website and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store use

Products and availability

Orders

An order is not guaranteed until accepted and processed. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supplier unavailability. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other applicable charges are calculated at checkout when available.

Shipping and returns

Unless otherwise stated, Westside Supply Co. branding, original graphics, site copy, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Westside Supply Co. Third-party brand names and product content remain the property of their respective owners.

The store may rely on Shopify, fulfillment partners, carriers, payment providers, and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Westside Supply Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
